Personal Info:
Aksel and I have been married for 22 years. Six years ago, after our kids
were grown and on their own, we moved from a condo in South Ogden and built
a house in Glen Eagle Golf Course in Syracuse, UT. We are still avid
golfers. (I play in three leagues plus a team for Valley View. We are still
employed at Hill Air Force Base. Aksel is the Deputy Director of Air to
Surface Munitions Directorate . I retired from the government in April of
2003, but came back to work as a contractor at Hill. part time in the
Munitions Directorate, as a Senior Analyst.
In December 1998, I bought a
small business in Sunset which I still operate. The name of the business is
The Bronze Image Beauty and Tanning Salon. My two lovely daughters work
there. If you are ever in the neighborhood, please stop in and say Hi.
Since my husband still has
five years before he can retire, I plan on working a couple years more. Then
we hope to sell the business and do some traveling. We would like to play
golf courses all over the world.
Since I last talked with you,
my grandchildren have grown from three to ten. They range in age from 1 to
15.
