Our family reverently announces the passing of Jeanette Lund Anderson November
24, 2022. Our beloved wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother. Jeanette passed surrounded by her loved ones, as
her battle with Pancreatic Cancer finally came to an end.
She was predeceased by Doyle and Beverly Lund.
She is survived by her husband Vance Anderson, daughters Wendy Anderson Mark
(grandchildren Gillian L. Mark, Isabelle A. Mark), Amy Anderson Douglas (son in-law Troy Douglas, grandchildren
Tate Douglas, Abby Douglas, and Sophie Douglas) Allene Voreis (husband Dave Voreis) her mother in-law Naoma
Anderson, sister’s Adele Creager and Beverly Lund.
Jeanette was born April 16,1947 in Richfield Utah to Doyle and Beverly Lund. She
was raised in Richfield and Ogden Utah.
She met Vance Anderson at Ben Lomond high school in 1964. They were later married
in 1968. Later sealed in the Salt Lake City Temple on November 12, 1969. Starting a family and has five
grandchildren.
Jeanette’s art skills were not limited to one certain art medium. She was an
artist in a variety of mediums from oil painting, stained glass, embroidery, poetry, etc.
Jeanette loved her family and was always doing special things for them. One of
her favorite things to do was to cook and decorate the table. She enjoyed the holidays.
Jeanette was definitely pure of heart. The service she provided to others. She
was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints holding many church calling. She always
went above and beyond to make her lessons extra special with the talents that were given to her. She was kind
and generous beyond what anyone could comprehend. She enjoyed being a grandmother (Nana) and spoiling her
grandchildren.
Jenette loved the Savior and was willing to serve wherever she was called. She
served in Young Women’s, Relief Society, and several other callings.
Jeanette was the embodiment of unconditional love. We thank her for the knowledge
she has given us and know that she will continue to inspire us to always do our best. We look forward until we
meet again. We love you mom!
Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with a
viewing at 1:00 p.m. at Leavitt’s Mortuary and Aultorest Memorial Park 836 36
th Street, Ogden, Utah.
