PHOENIX – Rodney C Rose, formerly of Ogden, passed away on
February 23, 2012 in Phoenix, AZ. Rod was born on January 25, 1947 to Eva Cooper and Thoms
Lavern Rose, but was raised by Mr. Charles (Chuck) Cristelli of Ogden.
Rod enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and collecting die-cast cars. He was
a proud veteran of the US Military. Rod will be laid to rest at the VA Memorial Cemetery in
Bluffdale, UT at a date TBD.
Rod is survived by three children: Michael "Shaun" Rose of Ogden,
Stacey Rose of Hartland, MI, and Free Canndice Lynn Stidham of Las Vegas, NV, along with two
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four brothers, Larry, Max
(Jeanette), Steve (Nancy) and Kevin Rose, all of Ogden, along with many nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by his mother and father.
