I just opened a Beauty Salon in my home
called, JB Classic, after doing hair and nails in other salons for 39 years.
I started riding horses at the age of 42. The horse I have now, I raised
from a foal and she is now 16. I trail ride, do barrels and poles and other
fun riding events. I have two sons who also graduated from Ben Lomond.
Alan, my oldest, was on the swim team, both swimming and diving. He took
first in diving at region for three years and second at state his senior
year. He also was on the diving team for the University of Utah. He has 5
Children.
Dion lives in Joliet, Ill. He was also on the swimming team. He placed first
or second in all his events the last three years. His senior year he took
first in the 100 free and second in the 50 free. He attended the ACT and is
now working for Caterpillar as a graphic design engineer. He has 2 children.
The most enjoyable time I have had raising my kids was coaching the swim
team. Not many of us can say we are in our kid's year books .
Besides my kids, grandkids and riding horses, I love to travel. I have
visited 9 countries and 26 states.
