Personal Info:
After Graduating High School, I entered Saint benedicts School of Nursing.
After the first year I married and the school did not allow nursing school
members to marry. I quit Saint Benedict and went to Weber State College and
registered in their nursing program. I was too late to begin that years
program so I just went to classes that would fill my general courses. The
next year I began the nursing program, and guess what happened? The Saint
Benedicts School had closed and the Nuns were teaching the classes at
Weber....I showed them I was going to be a nurse no matter what.
In 1970 I moved to Cedar City. It must have been Cedar City’s water that I
had four children in four years. I stopped drinking the water and was never
pregnant again.
I then specialized in my nursing career as a Surgical Nurse. I eventually
work to top supervisor over the operating rooms.
In 1987 I started my own business called the Ladybug Nursery and greenhouse.
I enjoyed working in the soil and growing flowers, I told everyone that it
met my maternal needs, to plant the seed, fertilize, and nurture it till it
became a teenager and bloomed I would sell it and not have to take care of
them any more.
In 1988 I was in a very severe car accident leaving me with many
disabilities, But over the years with much rehabilitations I was able to go
back to work.
In 1990 My husband divorced me and married a woman he met in a news paper
personals section. I then moved to Saint George in 1993 were I continued
working as a surgical Nurse.
After moving to Saint George I met a wonderful man and we married. Life is
good and have no regrets and continue looking for the future. We do
everything to gather, and enjoy all the new things like golf and
fishing....so fun!
In 2001 My second son died of melanoma, everyone have your moles checked
please.
It is now 2005 and 40 years since I have seen anyone from our graduating
class it is really exciting to see everyone
SEE YOU IN
JULY..............”k”
