After graduation I enrolled in the cosmetology classes at Weber College.
After only 3 months my father got a job in Santa Clara, California, so I
transferred to a school there. I worked for a short time, married my husband
who was in the Navy, and raised 3 great sons. I now manage a school
cafeteria. Before my husband retired from the Navy we lived in California,
Tenn., Virginia, and Florida. We never lived overseas. Wives weren't allowed
on aircraft carriers. We live in my husband home town area near St. Louis,
Mo. I was in Ogden two years ago for just a few short hours. It is as
beautiful as ever. I miss the mountains.
